You can delete most data yourself in the panel. We delete an account or an organisation on request within 30 days.

Delete data yourself in the panel
The panel is available in English and Polish; menu names below are the English ones.
- A person in the CRM: Contacts → open the person → the “⋯” menu → Delete person (owner or admin).
- A Meta or Google connection: Connections → Connected accounts → Disconnect. The stored access token is deleted.
- An SMS account: Connections → Connected accounts → Messaging → the account menu → Delete.
Deleting an organisation or the account
Write to kontakt@basketly.io from the email address you sign in with. We delete the organisation or the whole account within 30 days and confirm by email.
Backups are kept for 14 days, so after that the deleted data is gone from backups too.
Data already sent to Meta
Events already sent to the Meta Conversions API are stored by Meta. Their deletion is governed by Meta’s policies, not ours.
Facebook data
You can remove Basketly’s access to your Facebook account: in Facebook open Settings → Business integrations and remove the app. Access is revoked.
On request to kontakt@basketly.io we delete the stored tokens and the data derived from Meta.
