Yes. You get every feature except AI agents and the API for up to 100 orders a month, no card and no time limit. When your orders grow, pick a plan with a higher limit.

Growth and up: Growth, Agency and Custom. That covers the MCP server for assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n and others), connecting an assistant with “Connect”, and the public API with keys and webhooks. On Free and Start you can try them for 5 days from creating your account. After that the API answers with error 402 (plan_required), assistants get that message instead of data, new keys cannot be created and API webhooks are not delivered. Pick Growth or higher under “Plan & billing” and everything works again at once, existing keys and connections included.

No. All prices exclude VAT and other sales taxes, which are added according to your company’s country.

The first purchase of each order received in a month, from your shop, a Google Sheet or the API, across all organisations you own together. Duplicates rejected by deduplication, other statuses and deliveries to Meta do not count.

You do, directly to your SMS provider (SMSAPI, Twilio or another gateway), at their rates. With smsportal.app messages go out from your own phone and are covered by your mobile plan; smsportal.app has its own plans, including a free one. Basketly adds nothing per message.

No. Meta does not charge for receiving events through the Conversions API. You only pay for your ads, as before.

Yes, on every plan. We process your customers’ data, so a DPA is always needed. On the Custom plan we can negotiate its terms.

Nothing is charged automatically. At 80% and 100% of the limit you get an email, and the app shows your usage. Once you go over, you have 7 days to pick a plan that covers the month; after that, access to the panel is suspended until a plan is paid. Orders keep coming in and purchases still reach Meta the whole time, so nothing is lost. Once you have gone over a limit, there is no way back to Free or a smaller plan.

Yes. The app is in English and Polish; pick the language on the sign-in screen or in your account menu.

Yes. With a paid order at BooksyAudit (Booksy profile audits for salons in Poland), you activate Basketly from the BooksyAudit panel with one click. Any paid plan chosen within a year of activation is 30% cheaper for the first 12 months, billed monthly or annually. The discount is applied at checkout, and the Free plan stays free.

Yes, yourself, in the app under “Plan & billing”. The new plan applies at once and Stripe settles the difference on your next invoice. The Custom plan is agreed on a call. Your data, connections and automations stay as they are.
