Basketly or DataFeedWatch: what to pick for your feed

DataFeedWatch is a feed management tool that sends a catalogue to a very wide set of channels. Basketly is narrower: it takes your shop’s feed, repairs it for Meta and Google and serves it from its own address. On top it adds a product diagnosis, catalogue ad images and a sales report.

Two different jobs for a feed

DataFeedWatch answers “how do I send one catalogue to many channels in their formats”. That is a different job from “how do I keep products from being rejected by Google and Meta, and how do they look in catalogue ads”. If you sell mostly through Meta and Google ads, the second is usually enough.

What you get with Basketly

  • The shop feed repaired automatically and rewritten with rules, at its own address for Meta and Google.
  • A product diagnosis: 44 checks showing the offending value and whether an automatic fix repairs it.
  • Catalogue ad images drawn from product data, with a template gallery and Figma import.
  • Purchases from the shop to Meta and other platforms, and a sales report, in the same app.
  • A price that follows orders, not the number of products.

Moving to Basketly, step by step

  • Add a feed in Basketly: the address of your current feed, or the shop through its API.
  • Check the product diagnosis and switch on automatic fixes.
  • Give the generated address to Meta Commerce Manager and Google Merchant Center as a new source.
  • Compare product counts and errors in both places before turning the old feed off.

When Basketly is the better pick

  • You advertise on Meta and Google and want products not to be rejected.
  • You want catalogue ad images and purchases from orders in the same tool.
  • You prefer a price that follows orders, not catalogue size.

When DataFeedWatch is the better pick

  • You publish a catalogue to many channels beyond Meta and Google, including comparison sites and marketplaces.
  • Your shop is on a platform from DataFeedWatch’s list and you want AI for titles and descriptions.
  • You need agency plans with many shops and chat support.

What Basketly does not do

  • It does not publish a feed to hundreds of channels: it serves Meta and Google.
  • A rewritten feed does not guarantee Google or Meta accept every product.
  • Meta accepting a purchase does not prove a campaign optimises on it or that an ad gets the credit.

Frequently asked questions

Your question is not here? Write to us

For a feed for Meta and Google, yes. If you publish a catalogue to other channels, you will still need DataFeedWatch or a similar tool.

You can, but give each channel only one feed source so products are not duplicated in the catalogue.

According to datafeedwatch.com/pricing on 29 Oct 2026: Shop USD 64 a month (1K SKUs), Merchant USD 84 (5K SKUs), Agency USD 239 (30K SKUs), Enterprise on request; a 15-day trial. Check the current price on the vendor’s site.

Free up to 100 orders a month, Start USD 39 a month up to 1,000 orders. The limit counts orders, not products.

Nobody can honestly promise that. A correct feed removes reasons for rejection, but ad results also depend on creative, budget and Meta.
