Features19 features · 8 platforms

Connect your shop once. Stop patching plugins, feeds and reports.

Basketly sends paid purchases from the server to eight platforms, from Google Ads and GA4 to Meta, TikTok and Klaviyo, fixes your product feed for Google and Meta, draws images for catalogue ads and shows your shop’s sales next to ad spend. In one panel, for one shop or a whole agency.

Free plan: up to 100 orders a month and every feature except AI agents and the API. No card, no time limit.

Shop and clients

Every order and every buyer in one place, and you win back customers who stopped buying with a text or a Klaviyo list.

Orders and buyers

Every order of every shop in one list: state, lines, buyer, the ad it came from and the result of the purchase send to each platform.

Client list

Every buyer as one card: shop purchases, history, who has not bought for a while, owner, statuses, tasks, merging duplicates and how long data is kept.

Segments and audiences

Ready-made and saved customer segments by purchases, and a segment as a list in Klaviyo and an audience in Meta, updated every night.

Automations

A paid order, a customer who stopped buying, a shop alert: a task, a text or an e-mail to the team, built in a visual editor without code.

Example data

Products and catalogue

Your feed passes Google and Meta checks, ad images draw themselves from product data, and you see which products your ads skip.

Product feeds

Your shop’s feed fixed automatically and by your rules, every product diagnosed against Google Merchant Center and Meta catalogue requirements, served at its own address.

Product check

Every product checked against Google Merchant Center and Meta catalogue requirements: 44 checks, a 0–100 score and a hint on what to fix.

Image templates

Design the template once and catalogue ad images draw themselves for every product: 122 ready designs, an editor and import from Figma.

Product statistics

Each product’s impressions, clicks and spend in ads next to views, carts and sales in the shop, with trends, channels and the products that lead to purchases.

Example data

Analytics

Spend on Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, Pinterest and ChatGPT Ads next to your shop’s sales, every number marked with where it comes from.

Sales report

One sentence on how the shop is doing, the six key figures and conclusions with a next step — and tabs below, each answering one question. Every number marked with where it comes from: the shop, a platform or the last click.

All channels

ChatGPT Ads, Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest and TikTok next to the shop’s sales: total spend, blended MER and three levels of numbers that never mix.

Campaign reporting

Campaigns of ChatGPT Ads, Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest and TikTok, each platform on its own figures, next to the shop’s orders, with products in catalogue ads.

Creative analytics

Every channel’s ads on their own tab, with the platform’s results and the shop’s orders. For Meta, cost per purchase, hook rate and a fatigue signal for every creative.

Example data

Conversions and data

A paid purchase goes from the server to eight platforms, each one once. When something stops working, Self-check says what and where to fix it.

Conversions

Shop purchases sent server-side to eight platforms and a day-by-day balance: how many orders, how many purchases accepted and where something got lost.

Meta Conversions API

Paid shop orders sent to Meta from the server, through a queue that does not drop purchases, with a result for every delivery. Meta is one of eight platforms the same purchase goes to.

Integrations

Shop, ads, product catalogues, analytics and marketing in one catalogue, each integration’s state counted from what is actually connected.

Self-check

One check of your whole setup: logins, shops, flows, campaign reads from every ad channel, background jobs and automations, with a link to the fix for every problem.

Example data

Company

A separate organisation for every client shop, roles set area by area, customer data under control and AI assistants with your permissions.

For agencies

A separate organisation for every client shop, roles set area by area, all clients in one table, a Monday report and one pool of orders.

Security and privacy

Encryption, hashes instead of plain e-mails for ad platforms, a shop script that waits for consent, roles, a retention period and erasure on request.

AI agents

ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants work with your shop’s data in Basketly: orders, products, feeds, every platform’s campaigns, clients and tasks. With your role and permissions.

API and webhooks

REST API, keys and webhooks for your own systems: orders, clients, products, feeds and reports. From the Growth plan, on Free and Start for 5 days.

Frequently asked questions

Your question is not here? Write to us

Yes, if you sell on Shoper, IdoSell, BaseLinker, WooCommerce or Shopify: Basketly reads orders and products through the shop’s API. You can also send orders from a Google Sheet, from your own server or through the public API. The shop script collects visit data only after the customer’s consent.

A pixel runs in the browser and does not see every sale, for example when a customer pays by bank transfer and never comes back to the thank-you page. Basketly sends the paid purchase from your shop’s server to eight platforms and catches repeats by the event id. A platform accepting a purchase does not prove that a campaign optimises on it or that it was attributed to an ad.

The Free plan covers up to 100 orders a month and every feature except AI agents and the API, with no card and no time limit. Paid plans differ by orders per month. AI agents and the API come with the Growth plan, and on Free and Start you can try them for 5 days.

Each platform counts purchases its own way, in its own attribution window, while your shop counts orders. Basketly never mixes those numbers: in the reports each one is marked as coming from the shop, the platform or the last click Basketly read. MER divides your shop’s revenue by all ad spend.

Common reasons are a missing GTIN or Google category, a title that is too long or shouts, or a description full of HTML. Product check runs 44 checks on every product against Google Merchant Center and Meta catalogue requirements, and the product feed fixes what can be fixed automatically and applies your rules.

The client list shows who has not bought for a while. A segment of those people can go every night to a Meta audience or a Klaviyo list, and the “Customer stopped buying” automation sends them a text or creates a task for your team.

What Basketly does not do

Better to know before you sign up.

The numbers in the drawings on this page are example data from the demo, not customer results.

  • It does not replace your shop or your stock system: it reads orders and products from them.
  • It does not set campaign budgets or bids for you. You change those in the platforms’ own panels.
  • It does not prove attribution: an accepted purchase does not mean a campaign optimises on it or that the platform credited an ad. The order source is our own reading of the last click.
  • It does not count margin or product profit. Reports show revenue, spend, MER and ROAS.
  • AI agents and the public API need the Growth plan. On Free and Start they work for 5 days from sign-up.
